SHIPPING POLICY
I pride myself on my packaging and shipping and take care to make sure your artwork arrives safe and sound. The artwork is bubble wrapped and housed in a postage box or satchel for extra safety.

​The Shipping rate depends upon the weight of the ‘packaged ready to post’ artwork, with the size of each work factored into this weight. Generally speaking our postage price starts at $10 for small artworks and up to $100 for our largest original artworks. Postage is by a Courier service or Australia Post dependent on the best option for your artwork in terms of price and delivery location.​ Shipping times are between 7-10 days in Australia.

Shipping prices
Up to 1kg is $12; Up to 3kg is $18; Up to 5kg is $20; Up to 10kg is $30.
Over 10kg is $30 - $100: I will contact you to personally confirm shipping cost.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As an artist who makes everything to order from my home studio- I don’t offer refunds for change of mind so please make your selection carefully. Your satisfaction with my art work is my priority. So if you have a problem please contact me via email. Items sent back to us without first contacting us to resolve the issue will not be accepted.

For damaged items: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact me via email.
